Anchorage Museum of History and Art

The Anchorage Museum offers a unique look at the art, history, and culture of Alaska. Located right down town, visitors to Anchorage can enjoy comprehensive exhibits and a full calendar of events at the museum.

The museum is also announcing an exciting expansion to the facility which will include a new cafe, shop, and two floors of exhibits. In anticipation of completing this addition before the summer of 2009, the Anchorage Museum is regretfully closing their doors from March 30 to May 29. The grand re-opening, scheduled for May 30, kicks off their summer season with new exhibits, live music and family activities!
